If your activity is related to political campaigns on behalf of the company, related time & expenses can include:

• Delivering contribution checks

• Participating in meetings to make decisions regarding the company's political activity

• Working directly on a campaign

There also may be non-Federal reporting requirements related to your activity. Contact the KCPS Political Compliance Team or the respective State Government Affairs Manager for additional guidance.
