Recruiting U.S. Government Employees: Required Information

Candidate information that may be needed for workflow:

  • Is the candidate currently a U.S. government employee?

  • Was the candidate employed by the U.S. government in the past two years?

  • Which part of the government employs the candidate? Military, federal, state, etc.

  • If Military, is the candidate an officer, enlisted, or civilian employee?

  • If National Guard, is the candidate activated? By whom? If applicable, what is the candidate's rank?

  • If Military Reserves, is the candidate mobilized? If applicable, what is the candidate's rank?

  • Has the candidate in the last twelve months (including currently) been involved in awarding any contracts to the hiring Koch company?

  • What are the candidate's roles and responsibilities?

  • Is the candidate on terminal leave? If so, when will it end?
